IEEE International Black Sea Conference on Communications and Networking
Kadir Has University hosts the 11th event of the IEEE BlackSeaCom conference series.
The IEEE BlackSeaCom conference series, held in the countries surrounding the Black Sea, aims to bring together visionaries from academia, research laboratories and industry from around the world on the shores of the Black Sea.
