Prof. Dr. Ayşe Işıl Ergüvenç (Karakaş) Memorial Panel

We are commemorating our esteemed faculty member Prof. Dr. Ayşe Işıl Ergüvenç, who is a faculty member at our Faculty of Law, Director of the Human Rights Application and Research Center, former Head of the Department of Public Law, and also the first Turkish female judge at the European Court of Human Rights, and who has undertaken important duties including Vice President of the ECtHR and Head of the Second Section, with a panel we will organize on Monday, February 19.
