A student who has received an FF grade in XXX course, then retakes this course and succeeds with a CC grade can apply. The important thing is the final grade of the courses.
It is not necessary.
Common courses with the same code, same name and same credit, which have been succeeded in the major program and included in the Double Major Program, are transferred directly to the Double major program by the Student Affairs Directorate.
The courses taken in the major program can be transferred to the double major program upon the student’s request. Similarly, courses taken in the double major program can also be transferred to the major program upon the student’s request.
Courses with different codes and/or credits but equivalent in content can be counted towards the program based on faculty decisions.

During the entire extent of the double major program, the GPA of the student in the major program may drop to 65 out of 100 (2.50/4.00) for just one time.
For any student whose GPA drops below 65 out of 100 (below 2.50/4.00) for the first time or drops below 70 out of 100 (2.72/4.00) for the second time, their double major program registration is canceled.
It is required to graduate from the double major program in a maximum period of 7 years from the registered academic year (Subparagraph (c) of Article 44 of Law No. 2547).
Scholarships for double major students continue uninterruptedly for a maximum of five years (ten semesters) from the semester they start the Double Major Program.
The student who freezes his/her registration in the Major Program is deemed to have frozen his/her registration in the Double Major Program at the same time.
The two programs are evaluated independently of each other in the freezing process of students who have graduated from the Major Program and are continuing in the Double Major Program while they are continuing in the postgraduate program with a Major diploma.
The graduation process for a student who meets the graduation requirements in the double major program can only be completed if the student graduates from the major diploma program they are enrolled in.
Courses that the student successfully passed in the double major program may be used to fulfill the course requirements of his/her Major Program upon the suggestion of his/her advisor and the decision of the related Faculty Administrative Board.
Students who have not yet fulfilled the graduation requirements of their major diploma program can enroll in the minor program of the department where they are pursuing a double major, with the decision of the relevant faculty administrative board. These students can request that the courses they have taken and successfully completed in the double major program be counted towards the minor program.
Students who have graduated from the major program and continue to the double major program can apply for a master’s degree.
