Labor and Social Security

At the center of social and economic life, human beings are either employers, employees or, unfortunately, unemployed. The complex web of employee and employer relations; new types of employment contracts that are the product of contemporary labor law; the relationship between labor unions, employers’ unions and the state; and the relationship between the insured and the social state constitute the field of study of the Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law.

As labor relations, which are at the center of economic and social life, develop and become more complex, they are subject to constantly evolving and changing legal regulations and challenging legal disputes that must be carefully monitored. For this reason, within the scope of the courses affiliated to the department, efforts are made to ensure that our students graduate with sufficient equipment in this field.
