Assoc. Prof. Dr. Onurcan Yılmaz, one of the faculty members of our Psychology department, has been awarded the Outstanding Young Scientist Award (GEBİP) in the field of Psychology by the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA).
The 2023 TÜBA-GEBİP Awards, conducted under the auspices of the Presidency, are of great importance for Turkey’s promotion and relations in the international scientific community. It also has special importance in terms of encouraging highly successful young scientists and ensuring that they continue their work in Turkey.
We congratulate our faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Onurcan Yılmaz, who won the TÜBA-GEBİP Award in the Social Sciences – “Psychology” branch in 2023, and wish him continued success.
