International Student Registration

Applications for the undergraduate programs of our university under International Student status are received by the International Office.

“Acceptance Letter” is sent to candidates whose application is approved by International Office to help them get their “visa”.

Candidates who are accepted must register in person through the Directorate of Student Affairs on the dates specified in the academic calendar.

  • Identity card / Blue Card / Copy of passport (please bring the original with you)
  • 3 photos
  • Original of high school diploma or temporary graduation certificate
  • The original of “Equivalency Certificate” to be obtained from the Turkish Ministry of National Education, proving that the high school diploma is equivalent to diplomas from Turkish high schools.

(This document is expected to be submitted to the Directorate of Student Affairs until the end of the two academic years at the latest after the student has enrolled in our university.)

  • Original of the exam results certificate.
  • Original of the transcript
  • Certificate of Identity Register Copy or Name Equivalency Certificate (Those who later acquired Turkish citizenship)
  • Residence Permit (It is mandatory to submit it after the registration)
  • Original of Turkish and/or English Proficiency certificate.
  • Entry-Exit Document (For Turkish citizens who studied abroad)

Note: All documents mentioned above must be official and certified in Turkish or English. For documents prepared in other languages, it is required to submit the original copies along with notarized Turkish or English translations.

Information of the students who are accepted by the International Office is shared with Directorate of Information Technologies and Directorate of Student Affairs.

  • Directorate of Information Technologies transfers students’ information to the student information system (SPARKS).
  • Students who initiate the registration process by coming to the Directorate of Student Affairs must fill out the student information form at https://kayit.khas.edu.tr using the username and password sent to them via email. The registration process will be completed by the Directorate of Student Affairs for students who fill out the form and complete the payment process.
  • Students who do not apply for registration on the specified dates will be considered to have waived this right.
  • An academic advisor is assigned to the student once the registration is completed. You can see your academic advisor through SPARKS and MyKhas.
