It is certain that a certain procedure must be followed in order to resolve disputes quickly, effectively and most importantly in accordance with justice. The Department of Civil Procedure and Bankruptcy Law basically examines and evaluates the establishment and functioning of courts operating in the field of private law, the methods of reaching decisions, their decisions, the execution of these decisions, the functioning and working procedures of enforcement and bankruptcy offices. As the name suggests, the Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law covers two branches of science. Among these branches, Civil Procedural Law is the field in which the courts operating in the field of private law are investigated how the courts should follow a procedure to achieve justice; existing procedures are evaluated and criticized. Execution and Bankruptcy Law, on the other hand, deals with how to fulfill the decisions of the courts and how to collect receivables through legal means. At the basis of this branch of science, it is aimed that the assets of the debtor who does not fulfill his debt voluntarily are converted into money by state force and the creditor is entitled to his right.
