Steps to be Followed by Internship Students: Internship Directive

The student chooses the institution where he/she will do his/her internship in accordance with the Internship Directive of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, using the lists of institutions kept up-to-date by the Career Center and Alumni Office on the website and Blackboard common area.
The student fills the internship notebook by writing the work done in detail day by day. (Each working day must be written on a separate page, if necessary, more than one page can be used for a working day and the date of the same working day is written on these pages). Students are obliged to read and fulfill the requirements of the appendices of the internship directive related to their department. For example, Industrial Engineering students also answer the Management or Production Internship questions.
At the end of the internship, the following documents are submitted to the internship commission.
Internship Notebook
Internship Evaluation Form (When the student starts the internship, he/she gives this form to the institution where he/she will do the internship. When the internship is completed, this document is approved by the workplace internship supervisor and delivered to the internship commission in a sealed envelope signed and sealed).
Company Evaluation Questionnaire (It must be hand-delivered separately from the internship notebook.)
