The invention titled “MICROALGAE-CONTAINING COMPOSITE GEL AND MICROALGAE-CONTAINING COMPOSITE GEL MANUFACTURING METHOD”, whose inventors are Prof. Dr. Önder Pekcan and Dr. Bengü Özuğur Uysal, faculty members of our Molecular Biology and Genetics Department, and their students İrem DOĞRUOĞLU, Yağmur AKARSU and Çağla Selen ŞEN, was patented in Turkey as of 29.11.2023, and a PCT application for an international patent was filed on 7.2.2024.
