TOP4HoneyChains is a multinational (with Argentina as a transatlantic partner) study of researchers and experts, with a multi-actor approach to design a reliable and sustainable smart honey value chain (ABZ) that includes research and innovation excellence. Four pilot cases were selected, related to the most common value chains of honey bees and value chains in Argentina and Turkey. These pilot cases are food chains that cover the entire production to consumer, involving many stakeholders, including beekeepers, beekeeper associations and cooperatives, wholesalers, packers and consumer cooperatives.
