A New Project Support to Our University from TUBITAK 1002 Program
Prof. Dr. Ahmet Deniz Yücekaya’s project titled “Decomposition of Hourly Total Electricity Consumption Data into Consumption Types with Fast Fourier Transform” from our Department of Industrial Engineering has been entitled to be supported within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1002 – Rapid Support Program.
The aim of the project is to propose a method to determine the lighting, heating and cooling ratios in industrial and residential consumption using hourly total electricity consumption data and monthly consumer group consumption data.
We congratulate Prof. Yücekaya and wish him and Prof. Ayşe H. Bilge, who is part of the project team, success in their research.
